Challenges - Workout Wednesday

A lot of people I know seem to be doing some sort of “30 day challenge,” mostly surfaced around health and fitness. I will be joining in on the trend. 

Recently I’ve decided that 2012 is going to be a year of challenges for me, as opposed to a year of unlived resolutions. Starting today I will be creating a list of different challenges each month, each challenge lasting ...30 days...or as many days there is in that month :P! A lot of them will be about health and fitness, but I’ll be incorporating other things as well. Here are my challenges for February:

1.       NO dessert (i.e. cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon buns, pastries, etc...)
2.       15 sit-ups every night before bed...not a lot but its 105 more sit-ups per week than I’m doing now

Two’s good for now I think lol. Let’s not get carried away.
